Standards Based Report Card:
April Hardy visited us to speak to us about the SBRC.
Think/Talk about: What is mastery? How do you know when a student has mastered a standard?
We will no longer have progress skills checklists.
NE (not evaluated) will be used for areas not graded at a specific time.

Action Item: We need to determine What does mastery look like? How do you know when a student mastered a standard? What will we use?
Laura printed a kid friendly standards sheet and put it in your box. You can put this in your planning notebook.

We discussed the science habitat unit assessment.
Unit/Lesson Planning:
We will meet Thursday during planning to plan for unit 2 math-break apart Unit 2 math and group standards in order to make formative assessments to align with standards based report card.
Math-advanced classes need to give the Unit 2 preassessment THIS WEEK!
Next Tuesday, advanced people will look at data.
